Where do my photos go?
Your original photos are read on your own device. Small previews of them are sent to us to write the story. Your preview link works for 30 days. A free account saves the book to your library. The full print files are uploaded when you order.
Is it just for dogs?
Not at all. Cats and dogs are who we make the most books for, and it works for any pet with a camera roll full of them: rabbits, horses, birds and the rest. Tap Other, tell us what kind of animal they are, and their story is written about them.
How many photos do I need?
At least 25 usable photos for the hardcover. Each chapter uses 5 to 30 photos, so a larger album can fill more chapters without repeating images.
What does the book cost?
$69.99 covers the hardcover and its first 5 chapters. Extra chapters are $5.99 each for chapters 6 to 12 and $4.99 each for chapters 13 to 50. During our launch sale, every hardcover is 25% off until November 30, so it starts at $52.49. Every chapter runs 3 to 10 pages. Shipping is added at checkout, and we ship within the United States. Extra copies of the same book are 20% off, and the digital PDF comes free with the hardcover. The digital PDF on its own is $14.99, and if you order the hardcover of the same book within 30 days, what you paid for the PDF comes off.
Can I edit the story?
Yes. After we draft the chapters from your album, you can change titles, opening words, photo order, and the cover photo before you order.
When will it arrive?
Your preview is ready in minutes. Once you order the hardcover, it is printed for you and arrives in about 10 to 13 business days with standard shipping. Faster shipping is offered at checkout. We ship within the United States only.
What if I don't love it?
You read every page before you pay, so you only order once you love it. Until then, change anything you like, as many times as you like: titles, words, photo order, the cover and the design. If your book arrives damaged or misprinted, email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we reprint it free.
